This page explains the information customers submit, its use for reviewing enquiries, and how to request correction or deletion.

Enquiries may include company, contact name, email, phone, country, product, quantity, packaging, shipping, notes and attachments. Hosting and protection also involve technical data.
Request information is used to evaluate requirements and availability, prepare a quotation and follow up. Submission is not separate consent to promotional messages.
Requests are stored in the site database, attachments in file storage, and displayed in administration. Cloudflare provides hosting and storage. Handling an enquiry may require relevant service providers to receive necessary information.
The current version has no fixed automatic deletion period. Retention or deletion depends on enquiry follow-up and applicable obligations, and is handled by the company team. Contact us about your record or to request deletion.
Use published contact channels to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry data. Include the reference, not sensitive information. Identity verification and applicable retention obligations may be considered.
We use Google Analytics 4 only after you accept optional analytics cookies. Google may receive visited pages, visit times, general interactions, device and browser details, and approximate location information. We do not intentionally send quotation form details, email addresses or phone numbers to Analytics. Google may process data outside your country; see Google’s privacy policy. You can withdraw consent via Cookie preferences in the site footer.
Pages may load Google Fonts, Unsplash images and OpenStreetMap tiles; those services may receive technical connection data. Contact links have separate policies. The policy revision date is displayed above.
