This page explains essential storage and optional Google Analytics cookies, which run only after your consent. We do not use Google Analytics for personalised advertising.

Language and local storage
normella-language stores language locally until cleared. The page URL controls display; English is the default. normella-cms-v3 stores a local content-settings copy until cleared. normella-admin-preferences-v1 stores the last admin section and favorites until cleared, without customer request data. normella-scroll-positions-v1 stores scroll positions for up to 80 navigation steps in this tab’s sessionStorage to restore your place when going back, without form data. It normally ends with the tab session.
02
Packaging selections
normella-packing-request-v1 uses sessionStorage for product, packaging, destination and requirements in the same tab. Clear selections or successful submission removes it; normally it ends with the tab session.
03
Google Analytics 4 — optional
Only after acceptance, we load Google Analytics 4 (G-MQWPV2TDD8) for page views and usage statistics. It may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* for browser and session recognition, depending on Google settings. We store your choice in localStorage as normella-analytics-consent-v1 until changed or site data is cleared. You can accept, reject or revisit your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Rejection prevents Analytics from loading on subsequent visits; if you withdraw consent after use, previously set cookies may remain until you clear them in your browser or they expire.

Controls and updates
You can reject optional analytics or change your choice via Cookie preferences in the footer. You may also clear site data or block storage in browser settings, although saved preferences may stop working.
